Please:
- Check that the heating is working properly.
- Let us know straight away if radiators are not heating up or the boiler is showing any faults.
- Clear leaves from accessible gutters, drains, and pathways where safe to do so.
- Keep the property ventilated to help prevent condensation and mould.
- Report any leaks or repairs that may need attention.
